The IT Systems & Digital Operations Specialist is responsible for the overall management, security, maintenance, and continuous improvement of DDK BV's digital infrastructure, supporting all DDK divisions including Africuisine, Hospitality, Fashion, Auto, and Pharma.
The specialist serves as DDK's primary technology advisor, ensuring websites, online ordering systems, booking platforms, business applications, and communication systems operate securely and efficiently. This is the central technology function for the entire DDK Group, providing integrated IT support across restaurant, hospitality, fashion, pharmaceutical, automotive, and e-commerce businesses. An NDA must be signed before commencement.
- Manage all DDK websites and landing pages
- Monitor website performance and uptime
- Update website content, products, pricing, and promotions
- Ensure all websites remain functional and user-friendly
- Perform regular testing after updates
- Coordinate website redesigns and new feature implementations
- Ensure fast website loading speeds
- Manage online ordering systems
- Monitor restaurant orders in real time
- Ensure successful payment processing
- Resolve online ordering issues immediately
- Coordinate with payment gateway providers
- Test new ordering features before deployment
- Improve customer online purchasing experience
- Manage hotel and apartment reservation systems
- Ensure booking synchronization across platforms
- Resolve booking conflicts
- Maintain room availability accuracy
- Integrate booking channels
- Manage company email systems
- Configure employee email accounts
- Manage Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace
- Maintain shared company drives and cloud storage
- Maintain internal communication platforms
- Monitor internet connectivity across all DDK locations
- Troubleshoot network failures
- Configure routers, Wi-Fi systems, and firewalls
- Ensure uninterrupted internet access
- Coordinate with internet service providers
- Protect company systems against cyber threats
- Install and maintain antivirus software
- Detect and remove malware, spyware, and viruses
- Filter spam and prevent phishing attacks
- Monitor suspicious login attempts
- Secure customer and company data
- Conduct routine security audits
- Schedule automated backups
- Test backup restoration procedures
- Maintain disaster recovery systems
- Secure cloud backups and protect business continuity
- Integrate websites with Google Analytics
- Configure Google Business Profile
- Monitor website traffic and implement SEO improvements

Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field (preferred).
